Booking & Cancellation Policies
A $55 deposit is required to hold an appointment for studio time. This deposit goes towards the total cost of the session, and is non-refundable within five days of the appointment.
If a cancellation/rescheduling occurs five or more days before the session appointment date, that deposit can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.
Deliverable files (mixes, masters and/or beats or other production files) will be sent upon the session balance being paid in full at the end of a session. Non-payment will result in withholding of files until payment is complete.

In-person payments can be made with cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. We do not currently accept cards or check in person.

As a courtesy, we ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Billing begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of the time the client arrives.

For remote work such as mixing and mastering using stems or session files, a $55 deposit will be required to begin the project. Once the project is complete, a preview of the finished song will be sent to the client; then, once the remaining balance is paid, the full song will be sent.
